1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with 51ph, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise participating in gaming activities on our Platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 3. Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 51ph account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We accept deposits through various methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other approved payment channels as displayed on the Platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. The Company assumes no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds deposited are yours, have been obtained legally, and are not proceeds of criminal activity. The Company reserves the right to refuse any deposit or return deposited funds if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

3.2 Withdrawals

7. Account Suspension and Termination

• Provision of false or misleading information

Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause or at your request, any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to verification of your identity and payment method ownership.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, all outstanding wagers will be settled, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to you according to our standard withdrawal procedures.

• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
• STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
• ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If such negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm to the Service or other users.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

11.2 Severability
